The Center for the Humanities at UC Merced is offering collaborative research funding from $4k-$8k for Summer 2022 in order for faculty at UC Merced to collaborate on a project with humanities faculty at another UC.
- Eligible Applicants: UCM Ladder Rank Faculty in the humanities or humanities-focused disciplines as Lead PI
- Funding Period: May 23, 2022 - Aug. 23, 2022
- Funding Source: MRPI from UCOP that supports the activities of the UC Humanities Consortium
- Funding Restrictions: due to the funding source, funds cannot be used for honoraria. Funding must be spent in accordance with all applicable UC rules and regulations.
The grant comes with the following requirements:
- Project must involve collaboration with other UC humanities faculty
- Grant report required by Sept. 2, 2022
- Awardees will be asked to give a presentation on their project outcomes in AY 2022-2023
