About the speaker:

Eduardo Juárez Valero has a PhD in History from UNED, he is a professor in the Department of Library Science and Documentation at the Carlos III University of Madrid, tenured professor of Spanish Culture and Civilization at GEO Spain (University of Oregon Program), professor of Paleography and Diplomatics of the Master of Archives of the General Gutiérrez Mellado University Institute-UNED, professor-tutor of the Master's Degree Contemporary Spain in the International Context of the Department of Contemporary History in the Faculty of Geography and History of the UNED, professor of the course Preventive Conservation of documents, books and graphic material from the General Gutiérrez University Institute-UNED and has been a professor of Spanish History in the summer program at Georgia Southern University in Segovia for five years. Since 2007 he is president of the Spanish Civil War Research Center (CIGCE), of which he is its Principal Investigator.
